Returning Goods

 

Condition of Goods

Items should be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Certain goods, such as perishable items, custom-made products, or items that have been unsealed and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, are exempt from cancellation and return. Please note that if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, we may not be able to accept the return.

This means that if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the loss in value.
