We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel, simply reschedule by booking another appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment, you can avoid a fee by rescheduling another appointment within 24 hours with a deposit payment towards your next. The deposit amount is the expected cost of the bill, and will be held until your next appointment. Please note that the deposit will only be redeemable if your rescheduled appointment is booked within 24 hours and falls within three months of cancellation. Please rebook your appointment within these time frames to avoid a charge. You will receive an invoice or a payment link via WhatsApp or email. Remember, we're here to support you.
